Boujee Bakes

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not available once an order has been collected or delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

• The incorrect order was provided
• A significant quality issue exists

Customers must notify us within 24 hours and provide photographs where applicable.

Too Boujee

Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of:

• No-shows
• Late cancellations
• Missed appointments

Refund requests relating to nail services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Imara Deep Clean

If concerns arise regarding cleaning services, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

Where appropriate, we may offer corrective services before considering any refund.

General

Refund decisions remain at our sole discretion and will be assessed fairly and reasonably based on the circumstances of each case.
