3. Boujee Bakes

Orders

  • All baked goods are made to order unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details.
  • Custom designs are created as closely as possible to any inspiration provided but cannot be guaranteed to be identical.

Refunds

4. Too Boujee Nail Services

Appointments

  • Repeated no-shows may require full payment before future bookings can be accepted.

Cancellations

5. Imara Deep Clean

Service Bookings

  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding the property and required cleaning services.
  • Service quotations may be adjusted if actual conditions differ substantially from those disclosed during booking.

Access

Clients must ensure reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Limitations

While every effort is made to provide exceptional cleaning services, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, damage, mould, or wear that existed prior to the service.

6. Content Creation & Influencer Services

Brand Collaborations

  • Sponsored content, reviews, promotions, and collaborations will be clearly disclosed where required by law.
  • Content created for brands remains subject to agreed campaign terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Content created by the creator remains their intellectual property.

Campaign timelines, revisions, content approvals, and deliverables will be governed by individual collaboration agreements.
